アーセナル（arsenal）は、英語などで工廠、国立の兵器工場や国立の軍艦造船所、あるいは武器庫を意味する。フランス語でも全く同じ綴りで同じ意味の単語 arsenalがありアルスナルと発音し、イタリア語では綴りがarsenaleでアルセナーレと発音する。ロシア語やウクライナ語にも、キリル文字の単語ではあるが、似た発音（アーセナル、アルセナールなど）で同じ意味の単語がある。
