Jake Allen Guentzel (born October 6, 1994) is an American professional ice hockey left winger for the Tampa Bay Lightning of the National Hockey League. He was drafted by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the third round, 77th overall, in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, and has also played for the Carolina Hurricanes. Guentzel won the Stanley Cup with the Penguins in 2017.

Born in Omaha, Nebraska on October 6, 1994, Guentzel grew up in Woodbury, Minnesota. He played two years of varsity hockey at the Hill-Murray School, finishing 2nd in the 2012 MN State Hockey Tournament, in Maplewood, Minnesota, before committing to the University of Nebraska-Omaha after his senior season.
